Heh, the level of frustration you had with this shot is a significant part of what makes it fun - very counterintuitive that the animal we associate with slowness should be the one beastie which continually give you photographic hives via movement.
As an almost abstract piece, with a diagonal line of rock crisp and everything else experiencing significant falloff, it works, but as an insect macro it;d need better focus.
