OK, sorry for spamming everyone again! I just want to get this done with and I took a couple of days off, so now I have to make up for it. I think I have about 6-10 pieces left to submit, and some of that will go in scraps.
Other then that, wow things have changed. I now go to school (good old community college, I signed up after classes had started and they still had to take me). My schedule looks like this:
Monday -- Computer Science (Java) - 5 PM - 9:30 PM
Tuesday/Thursday -- Calculus w/ Analytical Geometry - 7 PM - 9 PM
Not a heavy course load, by any means! I also have an on line/distance education class... Unix I. And I so almost had a Digital Photography class (that's what I was really signing up for!) but it turned out to be full, and there was no way to tell without signing up..so damn. www.toddmessegeephoto.com/ This guy would have been my teacher. Pretty wild, eh? The only silver lining I can find to that class being full is that it's an early morning class, so I would probably have died anyway. Oh well.
And, last thing of interest... Richy may or may not come up this weekend for a day or so. Depending on how he feels, and it being Memorial Day weekend and all (bad traffic) plus he has to be back by Sunday morning, early. But if not this weekend definitely another weekend soon. So that's good!

A note on the "Friends" list: The people there are mostly chosen because I think they're good artists. I also went for a wide variety of styles and mediums. And, to some extent, they're people who actively submit new work -- once a day, once a week, once a month...hopefully not much longer then that. So I went to the world tour meat-up in NYC... It was super crowded. Central park is pretty awsome. Posting to DA journals from your phone is either extremely hard or I'm extremely dense.

I identified my "Darth Maul" spider! Yay! SHE is a Micrathena gracilis or "spined micranthena". Or, rather, all of them are, there's at least a dozen around my house... catching mosquitoes as fast as they can, I hope! (Go spidey, go!)
Anyway, I was able to identify her with the help of this site (you might not want to visit if you're scared of things with more then 4 legs): http://www.rochedalss.qld.edu.au/spiderphotos.htm Fortunately I didn't have to post because someone already had a spider just like mine. (Well good for me because I hate writing up posts like that.)

Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center
OK, so today I went to the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, which is part of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. For those of you who have been to the National Air and Space Museum on the Mall in Washington, D.C., it's part of that (no they're not closing the location on the mall)... but it's MUCH bigger, and it focuses more on exhibiting actual air- and space-craft, instead of exhibits that are just about air and space. All of the air- and space-craft on exhibit at the Udvar-Hazy Center is the real deal, there are no mock-ups or replicas. Almost all of it was actually in use for whatever it was ment for (commercial aircraft was in use

OK so OMG! WTF! I'm going to actually upload stuff. Wow. And what I'd really like is if everyone would tell me which pictures look the best... It's all going to be photos, 23 or so in total although it's going to take me a couple of days to think of descriptions and upload them all (dial-up is painful). Anyway, I'd be especially happy if everyone could give me a list of their favourite three or something along those lines. And yes, this has a point, but I'm not telling.
